What is Ringostat?

Ringostat is a complex call tracking solution that helps to estimate the effectiveness of different advertising channels by determining the sources of phone calls. Ringostat is focused on two types of call tracking: dynamic and combined. The first type is based on the scrypt of the phone numbers dynamic insertion that shows a unique number to each visitor of the site. The second type blends dynamic and classic methods together. The service provides its clients with a full-featured cloud-based PBX that allows to use any pool of phone numbers and unite branches, offices and remote workers into a single telephone network. Ringostat enables to record call agents’ phone conversations in order to control their work and improve the call center performance. Through the integration with such services as Google Analytics, CRM, Google Adwords, the data from Ringostat can be transmitted for further analytics.
