RowSure converts bank statement PDFs and photos into review-ready Excel and CSV files. A green VERIFIED result can also be exported as QuickBooks QBO or OFX.
Every statement receives an arithmetic verdict based on the controls printed by the source document. When opening and closing balances are available, RowSure checks whether the opening balance plus the extracted movements equals the closing balance. When the statement prints a running balance, RowSure checks the
chain row by row and points to the first place that needs review.
If the arithmetic does not close, or the document does not expose enough evidence, RowSure says so instead of presenting a clean-looking spreadsheet as verified.
Every paid conversion includes a shareable verification record at a random public address. The record contains the arithmetic result and document fingerprint, not the transactions. Proof and Case plans can also check continuity across statements from the same account: one statement's closing balance must match the next statement's opening balance.
One full balance check per day is free and requires no account. The verdict and preview are free; downloadable files are paid. Uploaded PDFs are deleted as soon as they have been read.
RowSure has been tested on 64 deliberately difficult real statements from 48 banks across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India, Italy, Spain, Germany and New Zealand. The open benchmark also publishes the documents it could not verify.
