ScanPilot

ScanPilot is an AI-powered document converter built for the files that defeat ordinary converters: scanned PDFs, photographed printouts, and handwritten pages.

Rule-based converters rebuild tables from character positions, which is why statement and invoice layouts come out misaligned, and why scans with no text layer often fail entirely. ScanPilot works differently: the AI reads the rendered page and locates the data table directly, the way a person would. Bank statements, invoices, receipts and reports come out as clean rows and columns, with amounts as real numbers rather than text, ready for formulas and pivot tables.

It works with any layout without per-bank or per-vendor templates, handles multi-page documents as one continuous table, and preserves multiple currencies and date formats as printed. Handwritten documents are read by the same AI, not a separate OCR pass.

Exports are available as XLSX, CSV or JSON. Typical uses include bookkeeping, expense tracking, tax filing, loan and mortgage applications, audits, and digitising handwritten notes or paper records.

The first page of any document converts without a signup, so output quality can be checked before committing to a plan. Files are encrypted in transit, processed only to produce the download, deleted afterwards, and never used for model training.
