What is Scout by AgentCo?

Scout is an AI job-search agent that automates your entire job hunt overnight. It runs as a Claude Code plugin entirely on your own machine — no cloud sync, no data leaving your computer.

Each night, Scout searches 33+ job boards across 7 source groups: LinkedIn (including Recommended and Top Applicant feeds), Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Indeed, Wellfound, Y Combinator, Otta, and dedicated international boards for UAE/Dubai, Singapore, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. It also ingests job-alert emails directly from your Gmail inbox for 20–50 additional curated matches per run.

For every strong match, Scout tailors a fresh version of your resume to the job description — adjusting keywords, reordering bullet points, and scoring the result to ATS = 95 before a single application goes out. It then writes a unique cover letter and submits the application automatically.

You wake up to a digest of everything sent, scored, and queued for your review. No accounts required, no resume uploaded to any server. 100% private by design.

Scout Web is also available for users who prefer a browser-based option (no Claude Code install needed), with the same board coverage and per-role tailoring.
