What is SDSentry?

SDSentry is OSHA HazCom / SDS compliance software for small and multi-site employers who must meet the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) but don't have a full-time safety team. It's the single system of record for hazard communication: build a per-location safety data sheet (SDS) library, generate GHS secondary-container labels and workplace posters, and run documented employee HazCom training with electronic signatures and a compliance dashboard. SDSentry also assembles the written HazCom program and audit-ready exports, and publishes a no-login Shared SDS Binder (link + QR code) so any worker or inspector can reach a site's sheets on every shift. Built for machine and fab shops, auto-body and dental/veterinary practices, cleaning companies, salons, and other facilities that handle chemicals. OSHA's updated HazCom rule sets an employer compliance deadline of November 20, 2026 to align labels, SDSs, training, and the written program with the current GHS standard. Pricing is $49 per location per month ($490/year), with a 14-day free trial (no card required) and a free 2-minute HazCom self-audit.
