What is SeatPlanning?

SeatPlanning is a browser-based seating chart maker for anyone running a seated event — weddings, corporate dinners, conferences, meetings and classrooms.

Drag tables onto a canvas, seat your guests, and export a plan people can actually use: a print-ready PDF for the day, or Excel for the venue. Guest lists import from Excel and export back out again, and columns map to your own custom fields.

It also covers the parts that usually need separate tools: RSVP collection on a shareable public page, email invitations, QR code check-in at the door, and real-time collaboration with a partner or a planner.

SeatPlanning is deliberately a 2D tool — there is no 3D venue rendering, and there is no sales call. The free tier runs in the browser without an account (1 chart, 5 tables, 40 seats). Paid plans are an Event Pass at $29 one-off for a single event, Premium at $39/month and Professional at $89/month for planners running multiple client events. No annual commitment on any plan.
