SendX to put it simply is: useful. Okay, lemme just elaborate my previous statement. With SendX everything seems there for a reason, there is no feature that you won't need for your business:

-Drip campaigns; triggered automation;

• a nice segmentation process that does the job automatically (you just have to setup your conditions);
• The new drag-and-drop email editor has so far been a huge thing for me, my emails now look really professional, without spending money to hire a designer to do them for me;
• And the support team, they are simply there to help you, sure is a plus when you are like me, a person who doesn't have much experience with email marketing and technical marketing in general.

The only thing I would add could be more integrations to facilitate my job, sometimes I can use zapier to bypass this problem, but like I said I am not that savvy so would be nice if they consider this. Apart from the integration thing, I've been having a great experience with the tool so far.

The emails work well across different device and screen sizes and remove the hassle of getting responsive emails designed by a web designer. SendX also gives a mobile preview of Emails hence the time required to design, test and send email broadcast reduces significantly.

It's an excellent platform for adding intuitive widgets and forms to your website to collect information of interested visitors, then following them up with engaging emails. The app is pretty simple to use and interaction with the team is very personal. Since the company is in its early growth stages, the client feedback is taken very seriously.

Overall, especially for businesses looking for a really effective and reasonably priced product for marketing, this is definitely worth a shot.
