What is SnapNinja?

SnapNinja is a desktop tool designed to download media from Snapchat Web without compromising quality or detectability. Unlike traditional screen recorders, SnapNinja uses the Chrome DevTools Protocol to connect with Chrome and intercept decrypted media blobs, including images and videos, directly from the network. This allows the saving of original-quality files to your hard drive without triggering Snapchat's notifications.

SnapNinja has features like a Spotlight & Story Downloader for downloading public content in full HD, and a Stealth Chat Saving feature for saving private snaps without alerting the sender. It captures the actual JPEG/MP4 file directly from the server, ensuring the original media quality. All data is stored locally in your Documents/Downloads folder, with no cloud uploads. SnapNinja is compatible with multiple platforms, including macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel) and Windows 10/11.
