What is Sori?

Sori is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence for language learning. It provides immediate translations or dictionary definitions for any text highlighted on a webpage. Users can save relevant words for future practice. Sori combines the functions of flashcard apps and translators, allowing every highlighted word to be saved as a flashcard with its context. It offers three lookup modes: Translation, Monolingual dictionary, and Bilingual dictionary.

Sori supports 123 languages with automatic detection, text-to-speech in 19 languages, IPA pronunciation, flashcard decks from highlighted words, sticky notes, lookup history synced to the user's account, and works on any webpage. It can be used for free, but paid plans are available for increased daily limits.
