Spark AI is a support and conversation layer you drop into a website, app or game. It gives you an embeddable chat widget that answers from your own FAQs and content, in multiple languages, with a setup flow that can read your site and draft the FAQs for you.
It is not text-only. There is text-to-speech in fourteen languages, speech-to-text, voice conversion, and a phone number your AI can answer calls on. Higher tiers add a live two-way call interpreter and premium voice synthesis.
For developers there is a REST API, game engine SDKs and a component kit, plus database connectivity so answers can be grounded in your own records. Operationally you get conversation insights, live chat handover with tickets, and moderation and user blocking.
The free Spark tier covers 1,000 messages a month with the widget and text-to-speech. Cortex is $9 a month for 5,000 messages plus the API, voice and phone AI; Orbit $29 for 20,000 messages across three apps with database connectivity and live chat; Supernova $99 for 50,000 messages, unlimited apps and the larger model.
