SPEN

Spen is a free offline expense and budget tracker for Android. All data is stored locally on the device. The app requires no account and does not collect or transmit user data.

Features include income and expense tracking with custom categories, multiple accounts, and separate profiles for keeping personal, business and family finances apart. Monthly budgets can be set per category with alerts before the limit is reached, and recurring payments such as rent or subscriptions generate reminders before each due date.

The analytics section provides a spending breakdown by category, a financial health score, and a 50/30/20 view of needs, wants and savings.

Trips allows any journey to be given its own budget, with spending broken down by category, day and account, and support for a foreign currency shown alongside the home currency. Trip spending is excluded from monthly budgets.

Data can be imported and exported as CSV and backed up to the user's own Google Drive. The app can be locked with a PIN or biometric authentication.

Spen is free with no advertising and no in-app purchases.
