Staff Glance

Staff Glance is a real-time team status and availability platform that gives organizations a simple, shared view of who is working, away, out of the office, or unavailable.

The In/Out Board makes it easy for employees and managers to see team availability at a glance, update statuses, add return times and notes, and quickly understand who is available without relying on messages, spreadsheets, or guesswork.

Staff Glance integrates with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Single Sign-On, Teams presence, Outlook calendar information, and a Microsoft Teams App. It can also be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on Windows, Android, iPhone, and iPad for quick app-like access.

For organizations with multiple teams, the optional Department Map provides a hierarchical way to organize employees, Managers, and Department Admins. Department Visibility can be enabled when needed to control who can see and manage employees based on the organization's department structure.
