Start10 is worth the price of admission, especially if you end up getting it in a Humble Bundle. It lets you customize the start menu to your heart's content. You can even use it to add textures, transparency, and other effects to the menu and taskbar. It's rock-solid and stable too.

Start11 is a software for personalizing the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10 and 11. Users can choose from a variety of styles, add or remove sections, change icons, and incorporate tabs.
