What is StopSlouching?

StopSlouching uses a webcam to compare your seated posture with a baseline you calibrate. When you drift below your chosen threshold for a sustained period, it gives you a reminder and can suggest a chair-friendly stretch.

The pose model processes webcam frames locally on your device. It does not upload the video. The web app works best in desktop Chrome or Edge, where detection can continue across tabs. A Chrome extension and a Windows system-tray app are also available. There is no native macOS desktop app at present; Mac users can use the web app.

The browser demo is free without an account. Continued web use requires Pro: $2.99/month, $24.99/year, or $39.99 once for lifetime access, with a 14-day money-back guarantee. One account works across the supported versions. This is a posture-awareness tool, not medical treatment.
