Tail.ai is not a regular bot platform, it's specialized in shopping assistance. I'm using this technology on a Woocommerce website for Apple Watch bands, you only need a clean csv export of your product catalog and less than an hour to set things up. Then the learning tools for the bot are way better and powerful than other solutions I practiced.
