What is Takt?

Takt is the period and cycle tracker for every stage of the cycle — with no data stored on our servers. It is made for the months after stopping the pill, for cycles that vary, and for switching from another app with your history intact. It records bleeding, basal body temperature, cervical mucus, cervix, resting pulse and 15 symptoms, and shows your cycle, fertile window and ovulation at a glance.

Your records from Flo, Clue, drip, Natural Cycles and other apps come with you — Takt guides you through each export, step by step.

Forecasts follow the symptothermal rule set of Frank-Herrmann et al. 2007, with every threshold publicly documented.

Everything stays on your phone, encrypted in the system's key store. Takt runs without an account and without a server, and it carries no telemetry and no advertising SDKs.

A cycle report can be exported as a PDF for your gynecologist, arranged along the four FIGO 2018 axes. Takt is software for recording and displaying your own cycle data — not a medical device and not a diagnostic tool.

Android and iPhone. Available in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland and Ireland. 4.99 EUR per month or 39.99 EUR per year, with a one-month trial.
