Built by a sailmaker with 30 years at the bench, it takes a sail from 3D form-finding through flattened panels, seam allowances, corner reinforcements and roll-width nesting to a printable manufacturing manual and DXF export for CNC cutting. Full patternmaker control over panel widths, seam margins and curvatures, with preconfigured shade-sail fabrics and roll widths. A professional web alternative to desktop-only tools like MPanel.
