I'm a big fan of Toktumi and Line2....

All the features of some of the bigger guys at a way better price. I'm in Canada so some of the services (Phone.com) don't offer local numbers here. Toktumi does and they do it well!

Things that I love about Toktumi:

  1. Customizable voice menu prompts that are played to my callers
  2. Free toll-free phone number
  3. Fax to e-mail service
  4. (saved the best for last) iPhone VoIP app (Line2) lets me take calls on my iPhone (as long as I have WiFi)

I've only had a couple of very minor reasons to contact support but both of them were resolved quickly and professionally.

Love this service, unbelievably powerful features for only $15/month. By far and away the best VoIP hosted PBX service I've tried.
