Trinity Forms is a WordPress form plugin that ships the whole builder for free. You can build forms two ways: a drag-and-drop Visual Builder with undo/redo and 12 ready-made templates, or the Gutenberg block editor you already know.
The free version includes 31 field types (pricing fields with a running total among them), uncapped conditional logic with nested AND/OR groups, native entry storage in your own WordPress database with search, stars, private notes, bulk actions and a trash you can restore from, CSV export, and a Gravity Forms importer that brings across your forms, notifications and entries. You also get form scheduling and entry limits, a results report that turns any form into a survey or poll with quiz scoring, email notifications with merge tags, spam protection (honeypot, time-trap, and your pick of Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha, plus optional Akismet), GDPR export/erase wired into WordPress' own Personal Data tools, and a views-to-submissions funnel. Unlimited forms and unlimited submissions.
Pro adds payments (Stripe, PayPal and Mollie via hosted checkout), CRM and marketing integrations plus an HMAC-signed webhook, an AI form generator using your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, a guided one-question-at-a-time mode, advanced fields (file upload, signature, repeater, calculation, rich text), save and resume, PDF export, a full-page landing page for any form, and entry-to-post creation with a front-end submissions table. Pro is flat from $49/year and the renewal price is the same as year one. Lifetime licences start at $199.
Requires WordPress 6.2 or later. The free version downloads straight from our site and updates itself from there: https://license.jnkplugins.com/download/trinity-forms
