Good interface, but they apply a dark pattern for pricing: make it look like a lot of functionality is available for free. Then, after sending out the link to the public, you notice you only have 10 free replies, and have to pay a high fee to enable more responses.

Basically, this service fails at the only thing it should do: forms and surveys. Radiobuttons and checkboxes in this service looks the same, so users can't understand, if they need to choose single or can choose multiple options. What was the designer thinking?

It has the best unique approach in the form field, for sure.
Like this tool, use it daily as it is able to produce beautiful interactive forms. The users of my website like these forms too, that results in high conversion rate.
