I used PowerDesigner when I was studying and I missed it a lot. This tool seems to be mature and flexible enough to do 80% of the work of PowerDesigner with a very usable GUI, and on all platforms freely.

UML Designer provides a set of common diagrams to work with UML 2.5 models. The intent is to provide an easy way to make the transition from UML to domain specific modeling.
