What is Updown Fitness?

Updown generates personalized workouts for the user with the push of a button. A user specifies a duration, location, workout type, and desired intensity. Then, Updown instantly produces a workout that takes into account the user’s experience and fitness goals. A feature unique to Updown, the app tells each user exactly how many reps to do and what weights to use, and it learns and adjusts as the user progresses. A simple interface with exercise animations guides the user through each workout. Updown is also social - users can add friends, view and share workouts, and compete for points on a leaderboard.
