Velo turns any EPUB or PDF you own into three reading modes that share one position. RSVP shows one word at a time on a fixed focus letter, so your eyes stop jumping and re-finding the line and more of your attention goes to meaning; turn it up to move through familiar prose or down as a focus aid for dense material. Reader is a clean page view with highlights and notes. Scrub drags through the text with momentum to catch up or find your place. Switch between them mid-sentence without losing your place.

The import pipeline handles the hard files: chapter detection, footnotes, running headers, two-column academic layouts, and scanned pages via OCR. Books stay on the device; nothing is uploaded for ordinary reading.
