VoraSuite manages the tooling that runs your parts. Every repair, service and inspection lands in the tool's own history, timestamped and attributed, so a mould or die carries a retained service history instead of a scattered spreadsheet trail.

Toolroom work runs on digital job cards, with labour time, evidence photos and root cause recorded at hand-off. A visual planning board lays the toolroom's week out so a manager can balance job cards and maintenance across toolmakers. Preventive maintenance schedules generate the due work for each tool and advance automatically when a service is completed, and intervals can run on produced parts rather than the calendar, because a die wears by the hits it makes. Critical spares are tracked with minimum stock levels and movements tied to the tooling that consumes them, so a spare is visible before a repair stalls waiting for a part.

Alongside the toolroom, VoraSuite runs inspection capture against released control plans, with SPC trends and a recorded response when a measurement goes out of spec. Both halves write to one governed record, so audit questions are answered from the work that already happened rather than reconstructed before a surveillance audit.

Toolmakers and inspectors work from shop-floor kiosks that keep working through wifi drops. Entries are held on the device and sync when the connection returns, carrying the true entry time. It is continuity through dead zones, not a system that runs indefinitely without a connection.
