WipeCert

WipeCert is certified data erasure software for MSPs, IT asset disposition companies and internal IT teams. Every wipe follows NIST 800-88 and produces a certificate for each drive recording the device and drive serial, the sanitization method, start and end time and the verification result.

Each certificate is signed with an Ed25519 key and published to a public verification page, so a client or an auditor can confirm it independently without an account and without contacting you.

For Windows fleets, WipeCert connects to Microsoft Intune and Entra ID so devices can be wiped from the tenant you already manage, with the certificate issued automatically when the wipe completes. Standalone boot media is available for machines outside an MDM.

Pricing is published, flat and per plan. Starter is $79 a month or $790 a year for 75 wipes and one seat. Professional is $199 a month or $1,990 a year for 400 wipes and five seats. Business is $549 a month or $5,490 a year for 1,500 wipes and fifteen seats. White-Label / MSP is $799 a month or $7,990 a year for unlimited wipes and twenty-five seats. Enterprise is unlimited wipes and seats, quoted, contact sales. The Microsoft Intune add-on is $129 a month or $1,290 a year, included at no extra charge with Enterprise. A 14 day trial includes two wipes and needs no card.

WipeCert is not SOC 2 audited, and does not hold NAID AAA or R2v3, which certify physical destruction facilities rather than erasure software.
