It's simple to set up, good UI DNS service that you can easily implement Anonymizing DNS with (https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-proxy/wiki/Anonymized-DNS). But it costs money to use more than a month. Technically its free, but you can only use one server, so the point of having multiply anonymized relays is useless without paying.
I don't see anything in the documentation about adding blocklists. It may be there, but with DNSCrypt you can easily add multiple blocklists: https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-proxy/wiki/Combining-Blocklists.
YogaDNS is closed-source software you are trusting with your network traffic. This is nothing special, as you are already doing this most likely. But this software is based in a non-GDPR compliant country. It's not like trusting a big name that will face repercussions if they mishandle data (hopefully a least).
Spend a few more minutes to set up DNS Crypt yourself, it's not that difficult.
Efficient, functional, stays out of the way and it is easy to set up. Highly recommended!
I liked it but now you have to pay to jump on multiple dns server.
