Adminer (formerly phpMinAdmin) is a full-featured database management tool written in PHP. Conversely to phpMyAdmin, it consist of a single file ready to deploy to the target server. Adminer is available for MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MS SQL and Oracle.

Simple and efficient
The user forum, which is hosted on sourceforge, is full of spam for dick pills.
A single file open source DB client that also has many features! And since it's browser-based, you can use "find in page", your favorite password manager etc.
The PHPMyAdmin program is a good alternative for this program. This is a high performance program with many features.
