A better link https://download.cnet.com/download/allsnap/3000-2072\_4-10120369.html(Without doing all the research, this seems to be an old program. Window Managers have come a long way since then, and numerous programs like WorkspacerWM will autosize windows. Now, there are odd times/circumstances when people really want precisely measured and configured windows.. but this doesn't seem to be the more precise or workable of them. Tried it, and like the concept, but the movements don't seem clearly defined, and I don't hear the snap sound that should play.
Simple and still works in 2024. The download of 1.50 beta can still be found.
