This simple site gives you access into the incredible Trefle plant database. Search all the plants of the world (almost!) over multiple criteria, get up-to-date information, taxonomical references, images and more.

The creation of this site was inspired by the many plant loving friends I have. You can search by common/scientific names or use the image recognition section to try and identify a species of plant. There's an advanced search where you can specify things like flower colours, soil types, growth heights, edible plants etc in order to build up your own groups of plants. Any plant can be added to a group which you can then use to potentially help with your own projects or gardens.

The site was created to be used as a tool for identifying and looking up various plant species. With close to a million plants in the database, we hope you find what you're looking for!
