Boords

Boords, a tool to simplify the storyboarding process, was created by Tom Judd and James Chambers, founders of the London-based animation studio, Animade, now Presentable Software Limited. It aims to reduce difficulties associated with storyboard layouts, saving creatives time and frustration, and allowing them to focus more on their work.

Boords offers features such as AI image generation, AI script generator, automatic frame numbering, one-click exports in multiple formats, real-time collaboration, logical file names with version control and in-app feedback. It moves away from traditional storyboard templates, combining intuitive tools, AI image generation, and a large image library to speed up storyboard creation.

The platform supports seamless team collaboration with real-time updates, comments, and approvals. It uses AI to enhance the creative process, increasing storyboarding capacity, enabling more project handling, and improving work quality.
