Does what Boxcryptor does. The advantages is that Cryptsync is open source, so you can have more confidence weaknesses will be spotted and fixed. The disadvantage is that Cryptsync is Windows-only. Crytomator is a good open source alternative that works on Windows, Mac and Linux. If you use Win only, Cryptsync is a good solution.
