Fantastic program! Saves tons of work! Thanks to the maker! Positives: Does Checksum match, compares both file and image files,more lightweight than most of duplicate finders,offers portable version, shows file dates in results and allows opening of explorer/file for maually looking, automatically checks for same content with different/similar names. Considerations: Does Checksum by default and there seems no option on that- which can be time-consuming but it is the “gold standard”. Can't get very good sense how long it will take because the completion bar hangs at “almost done”. No specifying fuzzy matches by percent, though different titles are already considered by default, and fuzzy match can be done by file size. I haven't done speed comparisons.

It has a unique feature of custom pools where you can search for dups either inside one or between two of them.

Works fine, does find duplicates, just probably not using it right. There is multiple search options, duplicates will look for same content (I think) whereas the better option for me was Files having the same name, as I had copied a folder and added some data to the new folder, so this found those duplicates.

You may also just unzip the installer with something like 7-zip to have a folder with the program in it.
