What is Conicia?

Conicia for OCD is a step-by-step program for understanding obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and building skills for daily life, created and clinically directed by Weston Scott Fisher, MD, a psychiatrist who treats OCD. It is rooted in the principles of exposure and response prevention (ERP) and informed by inference-based CBT. It does not deliver therapy and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.

Inside: lessons in order, relief tools for hard moments, a weekly OCD check-in, and an optional connected view (Conicia Together) for the therapist or prescriber you already see, so the work continues between sessions. No streaks, no reassurance on tap, and no chatbot, on purpose. A free library of about 60 articles, each reviewed by Dr. Fisher, needs no account.

Price: the account is free to create, and the first two lessons and three relief tools are free to use. The full program is $20 a month or $144 a year; inviting your clinician costs nothing extra. Web, iOS and Android. For adults 18 and over. No ads, no third-party trackers.
