A built-in blind hiring mode strips personally identifiable information — names, photos, dates of birth, and demographic signals — with one click, helping agencies meet EEOC, GDPR, and bias audit compliance requirements without manual redaction.

Distill uses a zero-retention architecture: every document is processed in an isolated container and permanently deleted after delivery. No candidate database is maintained and no data is used to train AI models.
