What is Dona?
This minimalist task manager lets you capture ideas instantly, then organize them with effortless drag & drop to finally focus only on what really matters today. Focus on finishing tasks, not on managing a tool.
It includes quick task entry via a command bar, calendar integration for viewing events alongside tasks, snoozing for later, recurring tasks, widgets, and support for Siri and Apple Shortcuts. It also provides iCloud sync, a share extension for sending content into Dona, and optional notifications, while intentionally avoiding project and label based organization and other complex planning views.
