Exhibit Flow

Exhibit Flow is a fast and easy way to add PDF exhibit stickers and slipsheets to legal exhibits, generate exhibit lists, create appellate appendices, and more. Exhibit Flow's batch processing can do hours of work in seconds--saving you time and money.

Exhibit Flow's exhibit sticker tool automatically adds correctly numbered/lettered exhibit stickers to each of your PDFs all at once. Just load your files, customize your sticker style (e.g., color, shape, header, footer, party-type), and then preview your stickers. They will be added to each file (e.g., righthand corner) with users able to adjust positioning and size in our preview window before generating the final PDFs. Our app can auto-increment stickers and can "knows" which number/letter to put on each file based on filename patterns. It can also add "fill-in-the-blank" exhibit stickers if users prefer to mark them at deposition or trial.

Th exhibit slipsheet tool works largely the same way. You can adjust the formatting of your slipsheets, click generate, and then correctly numbered/lettered slipsheets will be added to all of your exhibits via our one-click file generation process.

And if you want an exhibit list to go along with your stickered or slipsheet-ed files, Exhibit Flow can create a Word file exhibit list too.

The appellate appendix generator, meanwhile, lets you load files for your appendix, split them into them volumes, add pagination, and PDF bookmarks. Better yet, users can have our app create a Table of Contents showing the contents of each volume and the page range of each entry--making appendix creation fast and easy.

Finally, Exhibit Flow app can do other PDF automation tasks (Bates labeling and PDF merging) and can even mass rename files (e.g., add Ex. and a number/letter to each filename as a prefix).
