What is Filarr?

Filarr combines the power of a modern rich-text note editor (blocks, wiki-links, canvas, physics-based knowledge graph) with a full encrypted file manager supporting 51+ file formats (PDFs, media, spreadsheets, code).

Unlike traditional cloud tools, Filarr stores all your data on your local disk first. Each file is encrypted with its own AES-256-GCM key derived from your passphrase (PBKDF2-SHA512 / Argon2id). Cloud sync is optional and strictly zero-knowledge.
