Organize Upon upload, Flight automatically sorts content by file type and allows you to assign these items to one or multiple albums without creating copies or duplicates. Utilize existing information embedded on files as well as add keywords, tags and custom fields.

Search Flight’s powerful search capabilities allow you to find the files you need, fast. Filter search results by file type, keywords, tags, date uploaded, original uploader and file size. Perform a search within your initial search results to achieve a precise output.

Share Distribute content to non-flight users without the need to download and attach to an email. Flight allows you to share your content through multiple platforms. Create links where one or many files can be previewed in full-screen and downloaded, send directly to a recipients box or dropbox account, or share items on social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

Portals Provide on-demand access publicly or through password-protected portals. Flight gives you the ability to create an unlimited number of portals, each with unique branding and user permissions.

Collaboration Manage content throughout its entire lifecycle. Tag users in comments requesting changes be made, upload new versions of files and notify team members when items have been completed and are ready for use.

User Roles Assign one of Flight’s three user roles to users of the system to manage access to your brands files. Pilots in the system have complete access and can define the functions that crew members and passengers can perform in the system.
