The app is not available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store anymore. It can only be downloaded from F-Droid for Android devices, and it seems the GitHub repository is not maintained anymore. A more up-to-date fork exists under the name 
Breezy Weather.

This is currently the only free and open source weather app that uses data from AccuWeather, one of the most reliable forecasters. Most open source weather apps use OpenWeatherMap, which tends to be less reliable in my experience.
FOSS and privacy-respecting. Best weather app!
It's software that I use on my phone. It's a usable software and I recommend it.
