Glytos

Define an AI agent once, then deploy it for phone calls, embedded or API chat. It shares prompts, HTTP and MCP tools, credential-backed integrations and hybrid knowledge retrieval, while each session records transcripts, tool results and itemized costs.

What is Glytos?

Glytos is infrastructure for voice and chat AI agents. One agent definition, its prompt, its tools and its knowledge base, builds either a phone agent or a chat agent, and both run on the same engine.

Voice agents take calls on a number you connect from your own carrier or a SIP trunk you bring directly, and can run outbound calling campaigns with contact lists, calling windows and per-contact variables. Chat agents answer on your site, inside your product or straight from the API, with replies streaming as they are written.

Agents can call tools over HTTP or any MCP server, use credential-backed integrations, and answer from a knowledge base with hybrid retrieval. Every conversation comes back as a complete record: the transcript, which tools were called and what they returned, and the cost of that single conversation split by what produced it.

Models and speech providers are chosen per agent from a broad catalogue, using your own provider keys or the platform's. Three environments per organisation with promotion between them, test suites, and signed webhooks.

Server SDKs for Node, Python, PHP, .NET and Go, plus a browser SDK and a command line tool. Any agent can be exported as portable JSON with no secrets in it.
