  • very affordable monthly cost
  • easy integration with most smartwatches, so athletes don't need to manually add their workouts, and a lot of data displayed when importing so I can see pace, HR, etc. quite clearly
  • good interface in both the mobile and desktop versions, info is easy to see and to get to; there are a lot of custom settings available such as HR zones, different colours for different types of workputs, making it easy to see things at a glance
  • automatic notifications when my athletes have completed their workouts
  • possibility to easily copy and duplicate workouts and to use templates for standard workouts, saves a lot of time
  • best of all, support is excellent, they are happy to take on board suggestions from users and implement changes
