Pros:

lots of features and options
easy to use (graph defined by simple text)
works fast most of the time
well documented
well supported (developer gives fast feedback on questions in a friendly explanatory manner)
maintainable (bugs are fixed over time, new release are coming out)

Cons:

no support for Gantt chart
no full support for Windows (unable to build some kinds of graphs due to lack of libraries)
no support for multithreading, only one core is used (and it's impossible to fix it somehow in future due to complicated codebase)
some kinds of input data end up with crash or nearly infinite time to finish (stess testing would be benefitial)
