Not the most intuitive for beginners, but it creates an actual standard http stream with no fuss. No need for a dedicated client app, or connecting with your Google account (like Alfred) or what not. Just open the url in your browser. Also, unlike Endoscope, it works with ad-hoc wifi access points, so you can connect a phone directly to another without the need for a router or an internet connection.
The best ip camera surveillance app for Android devices is IP Camera Monitor. I am using this for several months. My cameras get detected correctly and I can watch a live view without any interruptions. This is a nice app with easy to understand interface. I particularly appreciate that it supports ONVIF cameras and they get detected automatically.
Good and have local server feature so you can connect on web and control some features on web cilent. and have circular record featue.
I've used it, it worked great to turn an old phone into a webcam, unfortunately the battery didn't last very long. I'm not sure if it's windows though, I tried getting the windows app working but it couldn't register a dll. Android worked a treat.
