What is IssuePilot?

IssuePilot is an issue tracking and project management tool for small teams — agencies, web teams, software and product teams, support and QA.

What sets it apart is the customer channel. Most teams run a project tool and a separate feedback widget, then keep both in sync by hand. In IssuePilot both are the same product: clients report an issue through a snippet on your website or through a personal portal link, with no account required on their side. The report arrives with an annotated screenshot and browser, OS, viewport and console data attached, and lands in your inbox for triage.

From there it is a normal issue: priority, assignee, labels, subtasks, blockers and relations. Teams plan in cycles, group work into projects with milestones and ship releases. There is a roadmap and timeline view, time tracking with a timer, and an encrypted vault for client credentials. Imports for Jira, Trello, Asana and Linear are built in, plus generic CSV import.

The interface is available in English and German. IssuePilot is developed and hosted in Germany and is GDPR-compliant; a data processing agreement is available on request.

Not included, on purpose: no GitHub/GitLab/Slack integrations, no SSO or SCIM, no AI features, no Gantt charts, no native mobile apps, no self-hosted option.
