JivoChat claims "more than 290.000 users" at https://wordpress.org/plugins/jivochat. The same page says 30,000+ active installations...
JivoChat is easy-to-use and help me to increase my sales. It's awesome to gather clients' info during the chat without bothering them, Jivo helps me to drive my sales up.
They have a nice CRM and I can connect a chatbot to help me during the offline hours — that saves my time and make our clients' life easier.
