What is Koala For Work?

Koala For Work is a daily planner built for the way ADHD brains actually work. It was designed by a product designer with AuDHD who was tired of tools that hand you a blank to-do list and leave the hardest part, the planning, to you.

Instead, Koala takes your real tasks and your real capacity and builds your workday for you. It breaks each thing down into steps that suit how your brain works, and sizes the day to the hours you actually have rather than an impossible list. It is built for work specifically, not general life admin, so it stays close to your real tasks, deadlines and meetings.

There is no punishment built in. Anything you don't finish is quietly rescheduled overnight, so when life happens you start the next morning with a fresh plan instead of an overdue pile and a guilt trip. No streaks to break, no red overdue counts, no productivity scoring.

It connects to Google Calendar, pulls actions from your meeting notes and works with any AI assistant over MCP. Available on the web and installable as a PWA. 14 days free with no card needed, then $24 a month or $240 a year which can be covered by your company's L&D budget.
