The UI is fairly easy to use and it will type in a password via the keyboard for websites that block copy/paste.

Pass stores your passwords locally and is open source. It's command-line based and you have to know a little bit about GPG. But there is an interface called QtPass which works well, and you can even get browser integration. Otherwise, try KeepassXC with either PassIFox or ChromeIPass for the browser integration.
