Mr.Speech

Mr.Speech is a desktop voice workspace that turns conversations into organized work instead of another summary you have to read.

Organize meetings into projects and Mr.Speech keeps the context across them. After each meeting, decisions and action items can update an evolving Kanban plan, so you can immediately see where the project stands and what needs to happen next.

Outside meetings, Mr.Speech works directly inside the apps you already use. Dictate naturally into any text field, select existing text and say things like “make this more professional,” or ask Mr.Speech to write an email directly where you are working. Saved snippets can insert reusable information such as your booking link or email signature without the usual copy-paste workflow through a separate AI chat.

Mr.Speech runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. Meetings can be captured without adding a bot to the call, and a fully private mode lets dictation, meeting transcription, notes and search run on your own machine.
