Ncored is a PDF editor designed for large drawing sets from AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD on Windows and Mac. It efficiently handles heavy construction drawing PDFs from 50-200 MB+ project sets, a task that often freezes general PDF tools. The software operates locally, ensuring your drawings stay on your computer.

Designed for the design, engineering, and construction industry, Ncored is built to stay fast and smooth on heavy construction drawings, the kind that make standard PDF tools crawl. Features include instant preview and markup, text editing directly on the drawing, and a text search feature that quickly finds any word across hundred-page drawings. All markups are saved as standard PDFs, readable in Acrobat, Preview, Bluebeam, and other standard PDF readers. Users can also export JPEG-based PDF at 100–600 DPI quality.

The software operates locally without servers, cloud, or third-party tracking, making it suitable for NDA projects, government contracts, and confidential clients. It also allows direct printing from the application, with A4–A0 auto-fit and duplex options. Ncored is compatible with ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, and Vectorworks exports.
