Proceed with caution

I changed entire system drives permission on Windows 10 and It Turned out to be nightmare

Most WindowsApps such as calendar etc can't be opened
Corrupt Recycle Bin
Corrupt Taskbar and Start Menu
Unable to delete files error due to permission

this is safest option and it doesn't require apps Permission Fix = secpol.msc - Security Settings - Local Policies - Security Options - "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval -Mode""Enabled" - "Disabled"

and voila! no more permission error !
